Drift into a gloaming dreamworld of sultry vocals, pensive synths, and smouldering basslines

Naarm/Melbourne-based trio Acopia make slow-burn anthems that float between electronica, shoegaze and dream pop. Rooted in love and loss, their wistful 2023 self-titled release was lauded by Pitchfork as “charged with tension… intimate and intense, dazed and direct”.

For Dusk til Dark, the trio will channel the bedroom intimacy of their records into the concrete confines of Tadao Ando’s pavilion—softly lulling listeners to dive into their hazy world of post-punk romanticism.

Ballots for this performance have now closed. Winners will be notified via SMS on Monday 17 March.
