DIGITAL CONTENT COORDINATOR
We are looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to help bring the MPavilion brand and season of events to life with compelling and memorable content, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications, Program Producers, and the broader Naomi Milgrom Foundation team.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong copywriting skills, experience in creating social media content for brands, an eye for detail, and a working understanding of audience data and analysis. Experience in developing video content and a passion for the arts, design, and culture will be highly regarded.
The contract role is part-time (0.6 FTE) from mid August 2024 – early April 2025 with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends at key times during the MPavilion season (21 November 2024 to 22 March 2025).

Associate Producer
The Associate Producer is responsible for providing high level support for MPavilion, a flagship initiative of the Naomi Milgrom Foundation. The role will work closely with the Program Producer to plan, produce and facilitate the successful delivery of program events for Season 11.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in events or a relevant project management role, strong communication and organisational skills, an ability to manage relationships and an aptitude for problem-solving.
The role is 3 days per week (0.6 FTE) from August until September 2024 when it will move to full-time, until March 2025. The position requires a high degree of availability during the MPavilion season (21 November 2024 to 22 March 2025), including weekend work.
Key responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with the Program Producer and MPavilion team to oversee delivery needs across events.
- Oversee and maintain the administration and coordination of events including collaborator assets, event information and production details.
- Management of events on-site at MPavilion, ensuring outcomes are sufficiently supported.
- Support delivery of partner and stakeholder events throughout the season, including the MPavilion launch, opening and closing functions.
