FOH STAFF

MPavilion is on the lookout for motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our casual front of house and events staff for an exciting four-month season, running from 21 November 2024 to 22 March 2025.

As part of the FOH team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a vibrant and dynamic program. You’ll be the friendly face of MPavilion, offering service at the kiosk and ensuring smooth operations during events. Flexibility, reliability, and a solutions-driven approach are essential as you’ll switch between roles to keep things running seamlessly.

FOH team members will also serve as safety wardens, monitoring and reporting on all events throughout the season.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with barista experience, a valid driver’s license, and an RSA certification. A passion for the MPavilion project, alongside an interest in design and architecture, is a bonus!

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

• Barista experience and coffee-making skills
• Full driver’s license
• First Aid Certificate
• RSA certification
• Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
