Practical ways to reduce built environment overwhelm and let more joy in for everyone

As part of Wake Up with Design’s conversation series, we’re talking about how sensory design can help build equity, agency and optimism in our city spaces. Tim Hunt from sustainability-focused design collection Arup will be there for this Tuesday morning shot of insight, joined by landscape architect Kath Kok and acoustic engineer Sophie Gleeson. They’ll be focusing design for physical and cognitive diversity, and the ways it can open up more creative and joyful ways to interact with the world.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the people of the Eastern Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which MPavilion stands. We pay our respects to their Elders, past and present – and recognise they have been creating, telling stories and caring for Country for thousands of generations.
