Join collective being for three in-person events designed to create wellbeing rituals for the everyday. These immersive sessions provide an opportunity to gather together, on Country and in community.

collective being sessions are designed to gently move your body, soothe your nervous system and encourage connection towards yourself, to those around you, and to the more-than-human world.

Beginning with a grounding and arriving meditation, you will be invited to open your sense doorways, before moving towards guided embodied movements and explorations, and closing with supported relaxation, rest and a deep listening sound practice.

Each session is invitational, mental health aware and facilitated by trained collective being team members. We invite your reflections, experiences and responses to this offering.
