Meditate for Climate is a peaceful action and a free offering to all those seeking calm in the midst of the climate emergency.
Sitting in solidarity and compassion with all those affected by climate change, you and your fellow participants will experience a guided Earth-centred meditation led by meditation teacher Sophie Miles, with beautiful live music accompaniment by Genevieve Fry (harp) and Esala Liyanage (percussion).
By meditating together, the group can cultivate calm, relaxation, love and compassion; a collective space to imagine a better future for Earth.
No experience is necessary, and every one is welcome.
We recommend you register to attend this event to avoid disappointment.
In accordance with the rules of our COVIDSafe Plan, we have non-negotiable capacity limits for our events. However, if we still have seats free by the time an event begins, we will grant admission to people who have not registered, until we reach our capacity limit.
