Nemesia is the Executive Head of Development at Nightingale Housing. Her track record in the property and construction industry has seen her conceive and deliver a wide portfolio of developments spanning across residential, social infrastructure and mixed use asset classes. Nemesia has overseen urban regeneration in key pockets of Melbourne’s CBD via mixed use and public realm developments. Nemesia has a passion for all things heritage, she has worked on various hermitage restoration and repurposing projects, and a large scale archeological dig at 130 Lonsdale St. Nemesia brings a diverse skill set to Nightingale Housing, focussing on opportunity creation and team leadership.
