Aisha (GROOV3)

Aisha has over 20 years of experience in dance. She started dancing at the age of 7 training in Ballet and Jazz and joined the Royal New Zealand Ballet at age 12. Aisha has choreographed and danced for many artists including Kimbra, Kylie Minogue, Guy Sebastian & Delta Goodrem. Aisha has a strong passion for music and movement and regularly teaches an open level adult dance class called GROOV3 – which aims to inspire positive change and self confidence while improving hip hop skills in a judgement free zone.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the Yaluk-ut Weelam as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. Yaluk-ut Weelam means ‘people of the river camp’ and is connected with the coastal land at the head of Port Phillip Bay, extending from the Werribee River to Mordialloc. The Yaluk-ut Weelam are part of the Boon Wurrung, one of the five major language groups of the greater Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to the land, their ancestors and their elders—past, present and to the future.
