Prepare your mind and body for the day ahead at one (or all) of four early morning mindful yoga flows led by Happy Melon’s senior teachers Amy Dunstan, Emma Strembickyj and Michelle Jayne. Learn tools to improve your focus, increase your connectivity and lower your stress levels in the sixty-minute sessions, which will finish with a short meditation to set you up for your day. All are welcome, no matter how often (or how little) you practice yoga—all you need to bring is your own mat. Face the day with confidence and clarity—and coffee also available from the Kiosk.
